This custom lettered wall mural was created for the one year anniversary of a local tap room in Oregon. The quote is a modified version of the famous words of Bruce Lee "Be Like Water" - with the addition of the other 3 main ingredients in beer.

We both brought our typographic passions to this one with a combo of Ambigram turned Fauxsaic. It was a pleasure passing this piece back and forth to create the final artwork that blended both of our styles perfectly.

I was invited by the Netherlands based group High on Type to be apart of the 2017 Design Festival - All Eyes on Type. During the festival there are workshops and an exhibition of posters. Each designer was tasked with creating an original alphabet with a focus on the extraordinary letterform. My design took on a very organic free flowing aesthetic where each letter needs the ones around it to function.

The Downtown Santa Ana coworking space Batch is expanding to a new office. With the expansion some new walls opened up and needed to be filled. I worked with Sarah, founder of ANBCo and Batch, to concept and produce this custom lettering piece that graces the wall of the conference room. With all the gabbin' that can go down in meetings we came up with this idea to remind folks that in the end you need to produce and not just talk.
The final piece was router cut from sheets of foam and clocks in at a size about 95" x 85"

Fascinated by the symmetry found in letterforms and the idea of visual manipulation I have become obsessed with ambigrams. You're gonna flip when you see these.
Created this typographic word play to be used in an upcoming print. Took the phrase "The Devils in the Details" and combined both Devils & Details into one single piece
Collaborated with Josh Higgins of Facebook to create a poster for International Peace Day. The theme of Imagine was taken to another level with my custom ambigram lettering. The posters were printed in a limited run and sent out to all the Facebook offices around the globe.

This hand-crafted iPhone case is made from 100% recycled chipboard, holds any combination of 3 credit cards sized objects, maybe a little cash and has a nifty pull tab for easy access. Created by scoring and folding - no glue used.

Oakwood School is a private elementary and secondary school in North Hollywood. I worked with Intersection Studio as the design director in the creation of the new brand and visual identity.
This is what happens when two graphic designers get married.
Without a doubt one of the most rewarding projects I've ever had the pleasure of working on was for my wedding. My wife and I created just about everything for this event - from custom monogram, signage, gift packaging, screenprinted placemats, table and display arrangements, photo booth graphics and more. The theme was a celebration in the desert and we went all out with creativity to bring a new twist to weddings. Our guests were delighted with all the details we thought out. The wedding images have been featured in a variety of online blogs as well as in printed articles.

Satellite is an industrial design studio focused on developing consumer electronics, commercial
hardware, medical devices, consumer soft-goods, and user interfaces. I created an identity and brand language that included custom logotype and various collateral.
Runda is available in five weights with matching italics. With its simple shapes, open forms and elegant execution - Runda communicates any message with clarity and confidence. It is efficiently crafted to work well in all type sizes along with an established range of weights making it useful in a wide variety of applications.
Approached by the founding members of Orange Home Grown to design an identity for the new farmers market. The task was to embodied their primary mission - cultivating a healthy community through family friendly and community based education programs.

Working with the Legacy Project I designed a book capturing the process behind making the world's largest photograph. The book is 9.5 in. x 14.5 in. The cover and slipcase are blind embossed with the dimensions of the camera hanger and final image size. The book totals out at 196 pages.
